AL FRANKLIN brings more than 35 years of leadership at the intersection of healthcare finance, payer strategy, and commercial growth. A veteran of both provider- and vendor-side operations, he has scaled revenue teams, led national contracting initiatives, and developed pricing strategies that have generated more than $100 million in recurring revenue.
His career spans managed care, revenue cycle, compliance, and enterprise outsourcing. Previous leadership roles include serving as SVP of Revenue Strategy for a national BPO firm, where he directed go-to-market strategy for healthcare services and technology platforms, and COO of an RCM organization overseeing both point solutions and fully outsourced operations. His accomplishments include leading Walgreens’ $50 billion revenue cycle outsourcing initiative and transforming an AdventHealth hospital’s performance from worst to first in six months.
As Co-Founder and President of Tranzform IQ, Al provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization, aligning product, technology, delivery, engineering, and communications to accelerate growth and execution.

JOSEF SPENCER, DBA is a co-founder of Tranzform IQ and a healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading innovation, enterprise transformation, and revenue cycle modernization. He is the creator of A-RIQ™, the company’s patent-pending AI-powered revenue cycle platform, and holds both PMP and PCCP credentials.
As Co-Founder and head of Delivery, Dr. Spencer oversees solution implementation and customer success, ensuring Tranzform IQ’s technologies translate into measurable operational outcomes. His experience bridging healthcare operations and emerging technology helps organizations modernize workflows, improve performance, and deliver lasting value.
Sonia Franklin

SONIA FRANKLIN brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare transformation, product strategy, and revenue cycle innovation. She is the founder of Palette Health, whose revenue intelligence platform helped providers improve payment accuracy, increase collections, and drive financial transparency before its acquisition by athenahealth. Her experience spans contract management, denial management, reimbursement strategy, and financial analytics, helping healthcare organizations recover millions in underpayments while improving long-term performance.
As Co-Founder and head of Product, Sonia leads Tranzform IQ’s product strategy, guiding the continued evolution of the R-IQ™ platform to deliver practical, measurable value for healthcare providers.
Usman Haider

USMAN HAIDER is a global healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale innovation across provider, payer, and product ecosystems. He has held senior leadership roles at Cerner (now Oracle Health) and BD, driving digital transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives for healthcare organizations worldwide. As Cerner’s Regional CTO, he led the Middle East’s first national health information exchange.
As Co-Founder and head of Technology, Usman leads Tranzform IQ’s technology strategy, building secure, scalable platforms that enable innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
Dan Russell
Engineering
DAN RUSSELL brings more than 20 years of experience designing, scaling, and modernizing complex healthcare technology platforms. His expertise spans cloud architecture, enterprise software development, and revenue cycle systems, with a proven track record leading large-scale modernization initiatives and engineering teams.
Earlier in his career, Dan played a key technical role at Palette Health, later acquired by athenahealth, helping develop technologies that strengthened revenue integrity and payment accuracy. At Tranzform IQ, Dan leads Engineering, building secure, scalable solutions that support innovation, interoperability, and long-term operational success.

BLAKE BENDA is a communications strategist and visual storyteller who specializes in translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. His background spans creative writing, illustration, graphic design, and visual communication, allowing him to shape both the message and the medium.
