DR. ROBERT H. LEVITON, MD, MPH, FACEP, FAMIA serves as the Chief Medical Informatics Architect at Tranzformiq, where he leads the clinical intelligence, documentation integrity, and change management strategies behind R-IQ™, AXIA, and future innovations. A nationally recognized physician informatician, he brings over three decades of experience as an emergency physician, Chief Medical Information Officer, and physician advisor.
Dr. Leviton has pioneered EHR-based solutions that reduced denial rates by 65% and achieved an 86% overturn rate in appeals, delivering millions in recovered revenue. He has held leadership roles at Montefiore, BronxCare, Allscripts, and NYC Health + Hospitals, and is a Fellow of both the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Medical Informatics Association.

He has held senior roles at Cerner (now Oracle Health) and BD, where his work has accelerated growth, modernized infrastructure, and fortified cloud and cybersecurity strategy for hospitals and health systems around the world.

DANIEL VALENCIA is the Chief Information Security Architect at Tranzformiq™, where he leads enterprise security strategy for the R-IQ™ platform and its native HITRUST-certified SaaS/PaaS infrastructure. With over 20 years in information security, Daniel brings deep domain expertise across healthcare, finance, education, and government.
Prior to Tranzformiq, he served as Information Security Officer at Wise Health System and as a cybersecurity leader for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and JP Morgan Chase. A CISSP-certified expert and U.S. military veteran, Daniel has designed and scaled security programs in high-risk, compliance-driven environments.
At Tranzformiq, he integrates AI governance, HIPAA compliance, and zero-trust architecture to protect sensitive health and financial data. His cross-sector perspective strengthens platform resilience and positions Tranzformiq as a trusted partner in intelligent, secure healthcare transformation.

VP of Product
SONIA FRANKLIN brings more than 20 years of healthcare transformation experience to her role as product strategy lead at Tranzformiq™. Her career sits at the intersection of financial operations, product management, and revenue cycle innovation, helping hospitals and physician practices increase revenue, reduce cost to collect, and navigate managed care complexity.
Sonia is the founder of Palette Health, a SaaS company whose revenue intelligence platform helped providers ensure payment accuracy, increase collections, and drive transparency through actionable analytics. She led development of contract management, patient responsibility estimation, denial management, and contract rate modeling tools that recovered tens of millions in underpayments and improved future contract terms. Palette Health was later acquired by athenahealth.

She brings deep expertise in implementation governance, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory mandates, and excels at bridging human behavior with policy execution to accelerate adoption and drive lasting transformation.

Solution Architect
DAN RUSSELL brings more than two decades of experience designing, scaling, and modernizing complex healthcare and enterprise technology platforms. As a Solution Architect at Tranzformiq™, he works at the intersection of cloud architecture, data orchestration, and revenue cycle–adjacent systems.
He has deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET and Azure ecosystems, with a proven track record leading large-scale platform migrations, Infrastructure-as-Code implementations, and Software Development Life Cycle optimization. Most recently, he served as Senior Architect at Knowtion Health, leading cloud-native initiatives, legacy-to-Azure migrations, and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.
Earlier in his career, Dan played a foundational technical role at Palette Health, later acquired by athenahealth, helping design contract modeling, automated claim pricing, and payer reimbursement logic supporting revenue integrity and payment accuracy. At Tranzformiq™, he applies this experience to ensure the R-IQ™ platform is durable, interoperable, and built for real-world execution.
